I should add some states are tougher(TX is A BI^(# about it and usually will bind you to county of conviction for as long as the damn well please if the PO is a hard a$$ ) than others about this if he is out on bond , he generally cannot leave the state and in some cases county or even city or house depending on his charges and how cozy the judge and prosecutor are .As well as how good of a professional relationship his defense attorneys have with them . |
