I’m with Skye on this. Living will is the way to go. We often don’t think about it. You never know what could happen. You could get hit by a bus tomorrow crossing the street. Most of these wills don’t require the assistance of an attorney unless you have a lot of assets and complicated issues to deal with. In that case, it might be necessary to seek legal aid but worth the piece of mind.
