I am sorry to hear this. Recently my letters were rejected by one of the Florida institutions I write saying they do not allow "commercial" photos, which I think meant online ones. The next reject was for same place, same reason, yet they were my personal yard photos put on bond paper to save money and get by the 5 photos per letter limit.
