! ) in the states and I live in Finland. The postage here (normal size letter, 5 pages) is the same wether I send to finland or outside! I dunno how you have it... The only stupid thing is that it takes abt 5 days for the mail to travel...so if I set a letter it takes abt 2 weeks before I get his. (weekends make it slower).
