Wild Bill, so they did talk to you? That’s good. I had a feeling they might if it was an issue of trying to establish if you two were in fact related. It sounds like a positive ID. Why not write him a letter just to break the ice and see how it goes. And then like ASE mentioned you can perhaps get on his visitation list and go see him face to face.
