LeeLee, best help I can give is,every prison I have dealt with"the inmates have access to any type card.
Florida is an odd state to be incarcerated in many ways. I would guess even there they have V-Day and other holidays cards. At the least,someone good at artistic work inside would do one up for another inmate.
