McConnell has been on LD on and off since the middle of December due to a flu like illness similar to the flu like illnesses that have plagued cruise ships. It's also had SDs and LDs due to inmate actions.

Estelle and Connally have had similar restrictions talked to them, the pps case officers, and have had letters all which are grateful for not being exposed to the illness, visits were still allowed on a limited basis as the prisons are going through a cleaning process just as the cruise ships have done.
