Well winter is coming in fast and living where I do we're having the beautiful show of changing leaves etc. My puppy Taz had his operation (the snip so to speak) and has calmed down a lot which is great - plenty of room for improvement mind you but he's getting there
The only big change that seems to be approaching is that youngest son is thinking of moving back home for awhile due to the cost of living right in the middle of a city - way too expensive. Never mind I can do more of my 'mummy' bit and make sure he's well looked after. Last time we went to the flat I opened the fridge and all he had in there were cans of beer and some chocolate!!
When I pointed that out to him he told me he had some bread and some condiments as well - hardly a healthy store cupboard is it LOL
So life goes on, my one pal who was in Washington has been moved to Minnesota and he hates it. But he said he's trying to look at the good points or at least he will when he finds some
its so unfair to up and move them like that for no reason but it happens all the time. His mum cant visit him now as she's in her 80's but least he can still call her, although as he said she's at that age where anything could happen at any time and with this move he doubts he will ever see her again and thats so sad.
Anyway I just thought I would drop a few lines in to kind of play catch up, been looking after one year old granddaughter Ruby a fair bit lately and boy does she have some energy unlike her Nan who has none LOL
Time for breakfast me thinks - oh yeah the diet is still going well and I've lost almost 2 stone, do I feel better for it, yeah course I do but damn am I missing my chocolate
