First let me say WELL DONE YOU!!!
I quit in January but still lapse if i go out drinking....so now i dont drink either. (much) before those who know me comment on a certain party not so long back heehee
I used accupunture to ease the tension, so sailed through it..this time. TRYED MANY TIMES BEFORE.
The difference was that i really wanted to and i changed my mindset so that i convinced myself that i was happy to quit, whereas normally it felt like a punishment to me. It is never an easy task and there are people who try and fail and never try again. So dont give up the trying and if you lapse (which you wont

)then dont beat yaself up about it...worse thing you can do.
There is a book i read which i used along with the accupunture, which guided me how to change the way i think about smoking..it helps honest. Not sure if i can post title etc here so if you want it just drop me an email.
Relax ... Relax ... Relax ... anything that reduces tension helps, while the lungs are detoxin and the nicotine is out of the body in three days..the rest is all in the head. THEY SAY HAHA
GOOD LUCK ...XXX
