ha, i bet this blokey only gets about 10 years - for manslaughter or something like that. i am always amazed at the sentencing of most crimes. the 'big' ones get not nearly enough and some of the 'smaller' ones often get so much more than one would expect. what is Orange County like, with regards to sentencing? is it like texas where they just about 'throw the book at you?'
