Hi all! I apologise as I know I have posted a similar topic to this before - but I no longer have access to Yahoo from work and some of you kind people emailed me info on taking collect calls and company names. I have no idea where to start - could I impose and ask you to help me again? I got my first collect call from my pp (it was fantastic)on friday but we were both very worried how expensive it could be - can anyone point me in the right direction (again)
