An egg fell out of an Eagles nest and landed in the nest of a turkey. When the hatchling was born it thought it was a turkey like all the other chicks around him. He knew he was different but couldn't figure out what the difference was. Since the mother turkey couldn't fly he never learned how to fly and would scratch around the yard with all the other chickens ducks and turkeys. One day he looked up and saw an Eagle fly by and thought to himself how wonderful it would be to fly high in the sky like an eagle.
The moral of the story is, don't scratch like a turkey when you CAN soar like an eagle.
I volunteer to visit prisons in Iowa and I am amazed at how many Eagles there are among all those turkeys. Don't be a turkey.
I am a 57 year old retired father of 5, all grown and on their own. My pension is very small so I don't have a lot of money but I am always willing to help anyone to soar like ana eagle.
