I got some trial transcript mail today on one of my pen pals and he wanted me to look at it. Seems to be interesting but I have my hands full with some stuff for Manny.... anyways.... I need to know if anyone here knows anything about the "Interstate Detainer Act". Specifically this would be regarding a case and arrest in Kentucky and the inmate being moved to ALabama. I don't know if that makes a difference or not... but I just thought I would put that out there.

I'll appreciate all I can get. We need this for my pen pals appeal and he's told me that the law library at Bessemer Alabama is old and seriously out-dated.
