My friend is in USP Allenwood. I visited him last year and learned a very valuable lesson - they (The BOP) do things their own way in Allenwood. If you wear open-toed shoes, they WILL NOT let you visit. There is absolutely nothing in the regulations about that, they seem to make up their own rules. I believe they are locked down right now, because one of my friends and I have not heard from our friends at the USP since Saturday morning. Good luck!
