E-mailing/Writing Prisoners: You must be at least 18 years of age and have read our disclaimer. You agree
to abide by all rules listed within each institution's correspondence policy. These rules will be provided by
the inmates with whom you choose to correspond. You cannot send more than one e-mail message to the same
prisoner when using our e-mail service. This service is intended as a means of initial contact only, not a
way to maintain ongoing correspondence. Any e-mails containing threats or are abusive in nature will not be
forwarded.
Posting In The Forum & Chat Room: You must be at least 18 years of age and have read our disclaimer. You
agree to abide by all rules of the forum and chat. Anything deemed inappropriate in accordance with the rules
of the forum will be removed and you may be reported to your Internet Provider's abuse team. In extreme
cases, a criminal referral may be filed with authorities for illegal harassment along with documentation of
your actions.
Unsolicited Mail: Inmates receiving mail is our primary objective. However, this does not include 'spam'
mail from other services. Most Department Of Corrections encourage correspondence with inmates. However,
they do not condone mail sent from other organizations as a result of the prisoners being listed on a pen
pal website. This site is designed to connect prisoners with people on the outside where both parties seek
friendship or the desire to pursue a relationship. This website also provides a way for people on the
outside to assist with prisoners' legal matters. Should you send unsolicited bulk mail ('spam') to the
prisoners on this site, you are 1) breaking the law, and 2) hindering what might be a tenuous relationship
between the prisons and their wardens. Prison mail rooms handle large quantities of legitimate mail; most
'spam' mail is returned to the sender and classified as "not allowed." If you are in possession of
important information to share with inmates, then please, contact us first. We may be willing to include it
in a newsletter. Remember, your identity cannot remain hidden on the Internet. If you break this agreement
policy, your IP address will be recorded and banned from our website. You will then be prosecuted to the
fullest extent of the law and restitution will be sought. Thank you for respecting our business policy and
the men and women who place their ads on our website.
