Greetings!

My name is Antyane (Antoine) and for more than a decade I have been incarcerated on Pennsylvania's death row, fighting for my life and justice, but time is running out!  I am currently before the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.  If I should be denied by this court, my final chance at life would lie in the hands of the US Supreme Court (which rarely grants certiorari to capital case defendants).  In the unfortunate event I am denied by the United States Supreme Court, I would be executed!

In every sense of the word, my trial was unfair.  My prosecution was beyond malicious; the district attorney committed prosecutorial misconduct throughout my trial to secure a first degree murder conviction and my trial counsel were completely incompetent; not even bothering to offer a defense on my behalf.  Can you believe it?! No defense was presented on my behalf in a death penalty case...unheard of! I should have never spent a day on death row!!!
