I have been wrongfully convicted. Surely if the jury was allowed to hear my issues, I wouldn't be here.
First, I wasn't ID'd by the victim, I was ID'd by the police, the court rules it didn't matter because I was ID'd at trial.
This same police officer is also allowed to get warrants that are full of lies.
Evidence from those warrants show that there's a clear mix-up at the lab as to where said evidence was found, and where it came from. Also, how did it get in the condition it was in when it showed up to trial?
Brady Claim Court rules that it's not exculpatory evidence, yet this evidence shows my innocence because it shows that what was said happened, didn't. Court said the victim said it happened it happened. The court has also changed testimony by the victim to uphold this conviction.
These are just a few of my issues and the rulings are unreal.
You wouldn't think this could happen in this day and age, yet here it is.
Please, this isn't a hustle. I need help to right this wrong that's been done to me.
