MARIJUANA POSSESSION AND ACTUAL INNOCENCE: Texas prosecutor makes up new law just for serial marijuana misdemeanant’s repeat possessions imposing term decades long instead of required days long jail time

Help! I’m buried in Texas with a 28 year sentence when the law required I be sentenced to a few days up to 6 months in jail. When I was arrested in 2000 for another, now dismissed charge, jailers found ½ ounce of marijuana on me, knowing I brought it in with me undetected and they just hadn’t found it until then. Apparently, because of that, and because I got this jail racially de-segregated in the 90’s by lawsuits, the jailers and D. A. decided to retaliate against me by illegally overcharging me with felony possession instead of the legally required misdemeanor possession charge. These “criminal” local officials then conducted a rigged jury trial in the wrong courtroom (a felony court instead of misdemeanor court) and threw me to the lions! Compare U. S. v. Houston, 364 F3d 243, 249 (possession of 1/2 ounce marijuana is a class B misdemeanor and not a felony under Texas and Federal Law); Few v. State, 588 S.W.2d 578, 583-85 (marijuana is an exception to controlled substance laws that must be pleaded and negated in ndictments; rev'g conviction and dismissing prosecution in THC case on jurisdictional grounds.) with Brown v. State, 35 S. W.3d 183, 188-90, 1st pet.granted & ref’d 6/20/01, 2nd pet. Granted, rev’d on other grounds, 89 S.W.3d 630 & State v. Sowrey, 155 Ohio App.3d 742,803 N.E.2d 857 (2004 Ohio-399). Attorneys, civil rights proponents, marijuana activists and plain old good people, please try to help me any way you can, before these crooked officials get their wish to impose my death by false imprisonment for decades!
