Hi,

My name is Juan Villanueva Monrroy. I am 53 years old. I have been incarcerated for 14 years and I am seeking legal help. I am serving a life sentence for conspiracy of drugs that happened in St. Paul, Minnesota. I am currently serving time in the Federal Correctional Institution in Mendota, California. I do not know what else I could do with my case, so I am asking for any type of help and information.

In 1998, in Minnesota, I was convicted for Conspiracy of Drugs for distributing and excess of 1 kilogram of methamphetamine and I was sentenced to life and I had no criminal background record. The Jury found me guilty for what specifically states 1 kilogram of methamphetamine.

The Judge charged me for having guns that were not found under my possession, charged me of having 55 kilograms of methamphetamine or more. Also, announced me as leader of the group, when in reality I had minimum participation in the case. This is my first offense and I believe that it is injustice because the judge wrongfully sentenced me by giving me life.

If anybody would like to help me, I am asking for donations to help pay for my freedom. If any lawyer or attorney would like to help me, I would also appreciate it. Also, if anybody knows any information to help me with my case, please write to me and let me know.
