Investigating officers are not immune from unconstitutional acts, coercing and inducing Mr. J to fabricate evidence, filing false report and false testimony.
Prosecutors are not entitled to absolute immunity when stepping outside of prosecutorial role into cohesion with investigating officer in subornation of perjury, meeting with Mr. J outside of trial to make a counterfeit tape recording, concocting and orchestrating to admit fabricated tape recording by not recalling Mr. J to testify, suppressing and subverting false evidence.
