I seek legal help in order to withdraw a guilty plea that was made out of fear of receiving a life sentence according to trial counsel’s advice in claiming that pleading guilty was best due to overwhelming amount of evidence. However, this overwhelming amount of evidence has yet to be established. There are other factors that play into this as well and I have evidence of ineffectiveness and innocence to “some” of the charges. I need help withdrawing guilty plea due to a fundamental miscarriage of justice on behalf of incompetent representation and I appreciate any and all help I may receive.
