Hi,

My name is Levon (middle name) and I’m seeking the acquaintance of mature, independent, strong spirited, ambitious people. I’m leaving gender open only because I’ll accept help from anyone who can relate to my unfortunate miscarriage of justice (I was wrongfully convicted of a crime I didn’t commit). I’m looking for pen pals who completely understand that I’m fighting for my life back so from time to time I might need some assistance in legal researching. Anyone who is computer literate is capable of research but it would be icing on the cake if they were familiar with the law (law student, legal clerk, paralegal, practicing attorney, etc.). Bottom line, good friendship is always healthy and I cherish friendship!

I’m a 40 year old Scorpio (10-29-70) that has 3 children; 2 19 year old daughters (in college) and a 12 year old son. I have a beautiful relationship with all of them. I have an Associate’s degree in Administrative business management/accounting (double major). I enjoy suspense movies, R&B/occasional reap and readings of self-awareness and spiritual upliftment (metaphysical). I’ve never had any type of disease (STD or otherwise) or mental illness. I’ve always been perfectly healthy (mentally and physically). I love to make other people smile.

Case background: (AV= alleged victim, AVBF= alleged victim’s best friend)

March 2006 I separated from girlfriend of 9 years, leaving an 8 year old son and 12 year old stepdaughter (only contact is with son after).

January 2007 AVBF makes outcry her stepfather is molesting her. Shortly after a motel party is assembled to boost the spirits of AVBF (plenty of presents and attention).

January 31, 2007 AV’s birthday arrives and is unable to receive any presents due to financial problems with mother (drug usage). (Note: This is usually a very spoiled child.)

February 1, 2007 AV tells aunt she thinks she might’ve been molested like AVBF. A host of family and friends are consulted about this throughout the course of the day (approximately 12 people converse with AV that day).

February 2, 2007 Mom finally takes AV to police station. Following weekend AV had herself a motel party and received lots of gifts and attention, just like AVBF (mission accomplished, at the price of an innocent man’s freedom).

April 26, 2007 I was charged by indictment and arrested.

December 31, 2008 found guilty with absolutely no evidence, just the accusation of AV (bench trial).
