Hello,
My name is Daniel. In 1996 I was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison. I was nineteen then with no education and no money. The biggest part of my problem has always been lack of resources and I was hoping to reach someone through this ad who might be able to help in that department.
Since my conviction my life has drastically changed. I learned to value my own life; something that was new to me, and in turn value the lives of those around me. I finally realize how important my family and friends are, and I only desire the chance to try and make right for the things I’ve done wrong…, but I can’t do that from here.
This is where I need your help. If you are someone who has the resources, won’t you use those resources to help give a second chance to someone whose only desire is to make up for the wrong he’s done?
I really don’t know if there’s anything that can help me right now. I do know my original appeal attorney raised several points of error but may have missed others, which could be important as well.
I just want to know that I’ve done everything in my power to make the step to giving back to the people I took so much from.
