A male prisoner, innocent of the crime of murder; in prison now for 11 years, is a 58 year old certified paralegal, who will probably die in prison absent outside intervention.
I’ve a victim of gross judicial/clerical injustice and abuse at the taxpayer’s expense. The poster child example of: 1. Why and how ex-convicts are returned to prison no matter the degree of rehabilitation and normalcy they attain; 2. What is truly wrong with this eras judicial system, particularly in Michigan.
My conviction presents the travesties of: 1. No probable determination made; 2. Courts acting without jurisdiction; 3. A direct verdict of guilt from the Bench; 4. Insufficient evidence to prove murder; 5. Judicial silence to 25 timely requests for re-appointment of appellate counsel to all Michigan courts, et al; 6. Six separate failures of a Michigan court to rule on a Habeas Corpus petition; 7. Suspension of the Writ of Habeas Corpus in the federal court since June 21, 2001. Judicial Misconduct complaints are futile! The result is retaliation!!
The above is not a comprehensive list of the gross injustices and due process denials I’m now subject to because I fight for my rights and speak out against injustice. I need a God respecting, courageous, injustice despising professional or citizen champion of justice, a mouth piece to expose the gross injustice, oppression and denials of due process I’m now subjected to.
This champion of justice believes deep inside “justice delayed or denied anywhere is justice denied everywhere.” Anyone, the American Constitutional Society’s or Sovereign Citizen’s address is?
