Hello,
My name is Roderick Lewis. I’m from Fort Wayne, Indiana. I’m 30 years of age. I’m now serving 65 years in D. O. C. for a crime I did not commit.
I was wrongfully convicted November 30th, 2011 and sentenced January 5th, 2012 to 130 years for two counts of felony murder and two counts of robbery that took place on May 29, 1999. Yeah, I was just convicted. I believe for closure of the case.
Again, I’m very upset with the judicial system in Allen County where my attorney sold me out. The prosecutors used every trained technique to get a jury to find me guilty, which the evidence proves I’m innocent. I was still found guilty by an all White jury. Yes, I am a Black African American. It’s strange and sad to say racism still exists in America in 2012.
I’m in the process of an appeal. I believe I will win if God’s willing. I don’t have enough money for a high paid attorney but I believe there are still people in this world that money can’t buy.
May God bless the readers.
