CHAOS WITHIN MY MIND

When all odds are against you,
These cold walls surround you, your mind becomes your only way out…
You must hold onto your sanity for it will float away in the wind.
A thought which seem so far away…
Easily manipulated for a better life,
sacrifices made with grace, only vain shows results.
A touch on my face brings me to reality,
A dream is my only way out.
I welcome the darkness as sounds echo in my mind,
The whisper in my ear sends shivers down my spine,
The image in the darkness takes my hand…
The touch brings a tear to my eye,
The whisper in my ear becomes a calm voice,
It sounds so friendly.
As a light wind graces my skin…oh how good it feels,
I now know the madness shall begin.
