FREE DIET/GYM MEMBERSHIP FOR LIFE

The people behind making money off innocent, hard working, taxpaying humans should be ashamed of themselves as they are ripping them off! I will give it to you for free! 1.) Find your neighborhood park, map out a mile walking route to and from your residence and make friends along the way. Once at the park, bring your egg timer and spend five minutes on every apparatus without stopping. This is Cardio and Strength Training for free, a gym your tax dollars bought for life! 2.) Diet, again, you and your family paid taxes to the U. S. Government. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) put those little labels on all foods and beverage items! These are trained, college educated, graduate doctors and dieticians, etc. They clearly tell you a 2,000 calorie diet is best and the proper serving for each food/beverage item! Think about it – all food/beverages on the U. S. market are not bad for you or the FDA would ban them! 3.) It’s all about portion control! Five meals a day, a balanced breakfast, snack, balanced lunch, snack and a balanced dinner that divides 2,000 calories within and that mile walk to the park with exercise. I promise you, doing this five days a week you will get fit, lose weight and the best is it’s all free! 4.) I just saved you a boatload of money, unlike greedy diet corporations and diet sales people. If they were honest, good willed humans they wouldn’t suck needless money out of you that would be better spent on you, your family, home and savings! Tell me what you think. Don’t forget to add your photo to the email or letter. I’m here to help. Tell a friend, thank you! (smile)
