Greetings to you! Since profiling, I have discovered that many people are truly uninformed to the abuses and civil rights violations that are committed against prisoners. Over the past few years the media has revealed many excessive force cases that occur all across our nation by an alarming number of police officers entrusted to serve and protect. The main reason for this is due to cell phone footage that exposes these acts of murder and abuse. We, the imprisoned do not have the luxury of concerned citizens with cell phones. All we have are the courts and many inmates are too afraid to dare to seek relief that may or may not come from our Courts. Retaliation is excessive. In my original profile I requested legal help. The legal assistance that I seek is not for my conviction. It was as just as it was untold. The legal assistance I seek from you, the public is requested as a forum to expose, or help me to expose the many reasons why men who end up in our nation’s prisons often come out much worse than when they went in. I am currently in civil litigation in both State and Federal Court against the abuses I would like you to know of. Please Help US! 95% of all men/women in prison will return to your communities. If they are subjected to abuses and corruption, what kind of people do you think our criminal injustice system is releasing??

POSITIVE CHANGE

When I first felt desperate enough to put up this ad I as well aware of the obstacles I face; my age, my crime and the time remaining to serve are all negative factors. As I write this blog I can only hope that this time I will say something that will encourage that right someone to take interest? Due to my civil litigation against the D.O.C., I have once again been transferred. Please note the address change, however, contact via JPay.com remains the same. The clarity of what is important is a byproduct of getting older. One begins to recognize poor choices. Often time’s regret can overwhelm the senses. However, I prefer to work to do the next best thing. Sometimes it is as simple as a kind word to a fellow inmate. I see many stories in the news where hate and fear appears to prevail over love and hope. This lack of empathy for each other is one of the many reasons we have so many prisons in the first place. But I just can’t allow myself to give up. I am alone. Yet, I continue to believe. Fighting for positive change as a species is the duty of us all. It is never too late to make a difference. I just know that there is someone special out there to make a difference in my life! I’m waiting.

This past year has generated a total of 7 responses. A couple proselytized their religious beliefs. One had a twisted attraction to those who have committed violence. A couple more were students doing research. I hope that my input helped them? And then there was one from Germany that I very quickly felt an intense and deep connection with. Sadly, previous experiences with inmates who sought gain at the expense of others made this person unable to believe in the TRUTH, leaving us both at a great loss! I, of course recognize that the limited and unempathetic responses are the result of my statistical and obvious unappealing attributes. I’m over 50, I’m in prison with nefarious and embellished press releases and I have quite a few years remaining. I still have one sincere pen pal and for that, I’m grateful. I have suffered extremely for my pursuit to bring justice and humanity into our prisons. I am most disappointed that there were no concerned responses to this subject. If only the tax paying public realized the TRUTH the whole TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH…So, if you’re reading this, even if you aren’t interested in me, you still NEED TO KNOW!! Yes, prisons are an unfortunate necessity. However, those in charge of our “criminal justice” system aren’t interested in crime prevention, they, themselves are THE BIGGEST CRIMINALS OF ALL!! I am very passionate about many things, but I simply have no platform to share and express vital information that may, just may even save you or some loved one in the future. What do you have to lose?

Greetings to all the honorable. This is my most important blog to date. Many inmates use this forum with an agenda to mislead unwary caring people. In my opinion, those willing and kind enough to actually have empathy and reach out to those who have committed crimes should be commended, not become additional victims! I am very active in prison reform. Our prisons are corrupt and abusive beyond the wildest of imaginations of our common citizens. The KYDOC has entrusted the food, phones, vendors and medical providers to for profit companies. The average wage for inmate(s) is $.91 per day. These private profiteers literally steal these slave wages. Recently I sent a pen pal $250 for safe keeping. They stole that money. This is a matter of fact, seeking criminal or civil restitution(s) is all but impossible here. So, the next time one of your pen pals asks for a small hand out, do not immediately think it’s a scam. However, warnings of abuse by inmate(s) are well founded, yet while there are far greater crimes than helping an inmate buy antiperspirant, there are also many abuses perpetrated on inmates. 95% of all inmates are eventually released back into society. The abuses, neglects and violations of humanity surely account for the unrehabilitated hostile kind of people released!
