BETRAYAL OF JUSTICE
After evicted ex-boyfriend he called to come get a couch. Because he’d stolen so much already I said no; yet he insisted. I immediately called brother for help. He instructed to, “Lock up…don’t answer the door”. I complied, took meds…went to sleep. About an hour later I’m awakened by 2 intruders who’ve kicked in the door to my garage apartment. As one comes toward me I stab him once, as he jerks me off the couch, with a knife left on the coffee table. I called 911 for police, medical help. The injury inflicted in self defense was fatal. I was treated like a criminal instead of home invasion victim. Revealed later: My ex and buddy manipulated my brother into letting them inside garage bay, allowing them access to garage apartment. Due to truth not being controversial enough, prosecutors sensationalized a dramatized, falsified version concocted from evidence. Their lies were: I killed my ex-boyfriend because he left me; the door was just pushed open. Proof of my innocence is: Right to self defense inside my home per VAT Penal Code 9.31, 9.32; I had no control over brother letting them inside garage bay after instructing me otherwise; no fingerprints lifted from door’s exterior, indicating they didn’t push door open; family heard them kick door, came to garage as intruders came downstairs; ex had burglary conviction that wasn’t introduced at Court. My betrayal of justice also included: Police, prosecutorial misconduct, due process rights violations, courts’ abuse of discretion, witness perjury, ineffective assistance of counsel – trial, appeal and insufficient evidence for murder.
