Hello!

My name is James and I’ve been gone since 1998.  I thought it high time that I try something new to make some friends.

I’d like to correspond with ladies around my age (or younger) however I’d be happy to hear from anyone- male or female.  I can read/write French and German (though not fluently) so if you’re from a country where either is spoken feel free to write in your native language, okay?  Just please overlook some grammatical errors!  I’ll get better as I go along…(smile)

I have high hopes of making parole in 2013 – that’s 15 years of bs!  My daughter was a baby when I came down.  I want to be out for her high school graduation.

I consider myself a fairly intelligent, down to earth person.  I picked up an Associate’s degree in ’05 and I’m pretty well read.  I’ve read a myriad of books in the last 13+ years.

I’ve lived around the Texas Gulf Coast virtually all my life and I love fishing and fresh seafood.  I’m an outdoor kind of guy who favors the summertime.  I’m health conscious and enjoy running, working out.  I will continue like that in the free world.  I like cooking and I’m especially partial to Cajun food.  I enjoy cook-offs and music festivals.  Mainly I listen to rock; sometimes country.  Other likes include Harleys, German shepherds, horses, etc.
