My name is Ryan and I’m seeking friendship beyond these concrete walls. A friend on the outside would improve the quality of life for one such as myself during my incarceration and the limits to that friendship are boundless.
I would like to describe myself as a person of opportunity, having the opportunity to meet someone new, I feel is one of life’s greatest chances. And as I look for opportunity, likewise, offer others an opportunity as well.
I was groomed having good family morals, and taught to treat others the way I want to be treated and it has helped me along in life. Somewhere I made a detour that led me to prison. I don’t blame the past for my shortcoming, nor do I allow it to define or identify who I am today. I’ve made mistakes throughout my life and have used them as stepping stones; entering prison young, at an immature age of 18. It’s said time brings forth a change, leaving prison wiser, educated, mature, a godly man and priorities in order.
Currently I’m studying to be an automotive technician with hard work and determination I’ll accomplish my goal. Day by day I try filling my life with people and activities that’ll help enrich my life.
During leisure time I enjoy reading, writing and talking with friends trying not to take life too seriously and enjoy being around those who enjoy life…
