My name is Charles Tomas Whitten and I reach out from the belly of this oppressive beast called Wallen’s Ridge State Prison in hopes to at least find friendship.
My story is pretty simple; I grew up in San Jose, California, moved to Colorado Springs in the 90’s and once there I got in trouble off and on until I went to prison. Upon my release in 2010 I became a suspect in a bank robbery and due to me having a record and being on parole, I was railroaded into a conviction.
Now I’m currently waiting for my case to be overturned due to prosecutorial and police misconduct; “crimes” that were committed by the prosecutor and lead detective in order to obtain my conviction.
My ambition in life is to become a successful real estate investor upon my release. My passions are customizing cars, my artwork, and working out.
I am open to creating friendship with anyone. If a friendship turns into more that’s okay to, and in that case I am willing to relocate anywhere upon my release. Feel free to ask me “anything”. I hope to hear from you soon, especially if you know how to make a person laugh. Laughter has been missing from my life far too long.
