Hi,
I hope you are having a good day. Glad that you stopped to learn a little about me. My name is Margil, 30 years old and must admit feeling so awkward about having to write about myself, but here goes…
I’m enrolled in college (TVCC) but only sporadically take classes. By me not being a U. S. citizen I do not qualify for the reimbursement programs or grants offered by TDC. So I must pay out of my own pocket. So, as the funds are available, I sign up for classes. My goal is to work my way to a psychology major.
I’m really into classical literature (i. e. Hemingway, Homer, Dickens…), Indie music (i.e. the Old 97’s, Lamb Chop, Edward Sharp and The Magnetic Zeroes, the Ramones…) and football. It’s a weird listen, isn’t it? These are only a few things I enjoy amongst too many others to mention.
I take pride in my opinions and points of view, although admittedly not always correct. Yet they are my own; never relying on others to think for me. Talking to people who can think critically and independently is so much fun for me, even though we may not always agree, their integrity makes me highly value them.
I would like to make friends with people with whom to share about life, its trials and triumphs; preferably people ages twenty two and up.
Look forward to hearing from you. God bless and have a nice day.
Sincerely,
Margil
