My name is Fernando Martinez, originally from Mexico, Matehuala, S. L. P. to be exact.  In 2000 I moved to Houston for an opportunity to work and better myself, plus to be close to some of my family.  My family and friends are very important to me; without them life doesn’t have much meaning. 

In my life I work hard and I like to have fun.  I really enjoy music.  I like all types but mainly Spanish music (Cumbias, Corridos, Romanticas, Bachata, etc.).  As long as it feels good I like it.

Before I came to Texas I was in college in Mexico for veterinarian.  I love animals; horses, dogs, cattle but I love them all.  While in Houston I drove a tow truck.  I am also the father of 3 beautiful children.  I’ve been divorced now for 2 ½ years.

What I am looking for is a friend that would be willing to commit to a long term friendship through letters.  I have quite a bit of time left to do if not given parole so I want someone willing to be there through it.

I’m a good listener and a better friend.  I don’t judge people or look down on them for their faults so please come as you are.

For the most part I speak and write mainly Spanish.  My English isn’t perfect but don’t let that deter you from writing.  Please take the chance and say hello.  What you’ll find is a big hearted man with a world to share with you.
